Egypt

If you had told me when my book Flourish had just came into the world:

“A year from now, you won’t have a permanent place to live, you’ll be stripped down to nothing, brought back to your essence, and you’ll soon leave for Egypt with nothing but a one-way ticket.”

I likely would have laughed and thought you were joking.

And yet, here I am today.

I’m setting off for an undefined number of weeks to Egypt.

I dive deeply into the unknown and at the same time there is a deep inner knowing that I will embrace life in all its depth and raw beauty.

At times, it feels incredibly intense, every step I take in a life that might seem “unusual” to many.

But I am profoundly grateful.

Every step brings me closer and closer to me.
